Will not convert a wmv I purchased the product to convert wmv files to mpeg, mpeg4 or avi and burn to DVD however the product will not convert the wmv files.

Good program I followed the instructions on the website and it worked! I turned an avi movie into an mpeg4. I am happy, would be even happier if it was free.
